Home Extensions and Kitchen Extensions

Home extensions are very popular in the modern London housing market, with many of these being kitchen extensions. The kitchen is arguably the most important room in the home, and creating a practical space that combines cooking, eating and relaxing isn’t something any family would say ‘no’ to, but it’s a delicate process that requires a company you can trust. At TIG Excell we have a long history of satisfied customers when it comes to our home extensions and kitchen extensions services.

There are several ways to scale-up space, from combining adjoining rooms or adding a conservatory to building a completely new room or digging out the basement. Extensions can add as much as 25% to the value of your property, so it’s a decision that few homeowners or property developers regret. We can extend your existing kitchen and provide that large, open kitchen you’ve always wanted. Kitchen extensions are a popular way of increasing the ground level living area of your home, particularly in Victorian or Edwardian terraced properties. By extending your home like this you can utilise unused side return or garden space to transform your property.

TIG Excell was established in 2010 but we have over 15 years of experience in the industry. We cater for all contracts, sub-contracts and one-off jobs. Based in Feltham we also work within the surrounding areas including Hounslow, Twickenham, Richmond, Kingston upon Thames and the whole of south and west London.

Much of our work is taken from developers or people who want to sell their homes. We have increased the value of many properties with our refurbishment and renovation services, and we offer free quotes so there’s no excuse not to get in touch if you live in south or west London!

Planning permission can be a tricky area, and requirements change depending on the local authority you are dealing with. We can save you a lot of trouble by sorting this out ourselves and including this service in the final price, or you can have as much involvement in the process as you like. Our professional experience means we can offer plenty of advice on what’s realistic. We can do everything from the initial application, organising building control and visiting the site, or we are happy to take on projects where planning permission has already been granted.
